I am a Ph.D. student in the Dept.
of Electrical and Computer Engineering
(Communications Group), working with Prof. Parham
Aarabi and Prof. Brendan
J. Frey. I
am interested in MAP inference in probabilistic graphical models, as well
as applying machine learning algorithms to problems in computer
vision. I have also spent some
time working on digital audio watermarking, multi-microphone sound
localization, and spoken term detection.
